The off-street parking lot is small and can fit a vehicle of 20' or less long. It is not guaranteed that a vehicle longer than 20' will fit. No trailers are allowed as that would take up multiple spaces in the lot.

A $300 security deposit is collected in the form of a credit card hold. The credit card hold will be released after check-out as long as there is no damage to the property or additional purchases (Extra guests, pets, etc.)

If anyone not on the reservation will be visiting please reach out to your host to communicate that. As long as it is communicated visitors are allowed free of charge from 8am-10pm. After 10pm quiet hours any visitors on property are considered extra guests and an additional $40 per guest per night will apply.
